MATRIX is delighted to announce a new partnership with the South Australian Department for Education as the primary funders of the MathsCraft – Enhancing Problem Solving in Schools (EPCiS) program in 2025.

This initiative supports the professional development of teachers and promotes deeper mathematical thinking among students by bringing the practices of research mathematicians into the classroom. In 2025, the program will expand its reach across South Australia, equipping educators at 16 secondary schools, to foster curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving in mathematics.

Professional development sessions are facilitated by Alastair Lupton, whose experience and passion for mathematical thinking continues to inspire both teachers and students.
