Biography: University of Melbourne & Google Scholar
James is a professor of mathematical biology and infectious diseases epidemiology with a PhD in theoretical physics from the University of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. He was awarded an Australian Research Council Future Fellowship in 2011. James is a member of the Australian Health Principal Protection Committee (AHPPC) who advises the Australian National Cabinet on measures to take in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
